My new challenge to myself

Hello everyone

Well, I have done the January challenges at Just Scrappin'. My next goal is to start on the Cuttlebug challenges. I hope to start this challenge by next week. Crazy week w/ soccer and baseball games.

When I do, I will definitely post my work. I just love that Cuttlebug! Joanns have their products on sale today, so I bought the textile plate. I don't have that one. I may just have to use this one on my Mom's b-day in a few days. It's very cute!

Card and soccer page

I made a card and a soccer layout for JS. the card is a little bare as I have not put the sentiment on it yet. I don't know who to send the card to at the moment.

The soccer layout is of my nephew, James, in the yellow. He was in high school. I loved watching his games. I miss the games, he is now 26. These boys sure can get rough with each other.

I haven't done anything recently for my blog. I need to get going. Hopefully, this coming week, I will have been productive and will update my blog.

Altered comp book

I have not been playing w/ my blog lately and decided I need to add something new. This is an altered comp book that I did. I loved the paper and didn't want to cover it up, so I used stickles.

I need to play here more often and get busy scrapping.

This is the first scrapping thing I have done since finishing Mom's "meaning of name" album. It is a comp book that I am using for my journal. I am keeping a journal for my fibromyalgia, so I can refer to it with the doctors.

Now it is after Christmas and I need to get my scrapping mojo back and also play w/ my cricut more. I have cartridges I have not used yet and I am wanting more....lol

Hope everyone enjoys my work and hope to post more pictures as I continue to scrap.

Name album

Yippee!!! I learned how to do a slide show. The slide show is on the "Meaning of Names" album to my Mom for Christmas. Please look below at the slide. If you click on the slide, then you will be able to see each one close up. I hope you enjoy the album.

I am learning more things each time to add to the blog and hope in the future you will enjoy my blog as I add more things/photos/etc.

I am practicing uploading my photos. I don't have any scrapping stuff saved on the computer, so I thought I would upload this photo of my grand-nephew Brayden and my hubby, Tony.

Who says real men can't hold a pink umbrella??

We were at my step-son's college baseball game where it was almost 100 degrees and very sunny. We needed shade and we only had a pink umbrella in the car.

Well....I played around here a little more tonight....getting a background change.....will need to learn a new step now and play w/ the backgrounds more. This is fun!

Having a quiet evening with Tony tonight. We are going to his mom's for Thanksgiving when he gets off work. Next week, when things slow down somewhat, I am going to have Aymee help me get the blog going.....once I get it...it will be easy.

Well, it is almost 2am California time....need to go beddy-bye....but can't sleep. I need to work more on my blog, ie: adding photos, etc....stay patient with me until I figure it out. I am working on an album right now, so that is taking up all my time and also I am on SAS a lot.....love that site...a lot of great ladies!
